I'm not active, and I'm incredibly out of shape. So in order to avoid stressing my body, I'm setting monthly goals. As long as I lose at least 8-10 pounds a month, I'll be happy.

This blog is so I can track my weight loss and meet people who are trying to lose weight, too. It's always easier when you aren't alone.


 

Everyday I learn a little bit more about myself. It might not always be something I like, but its always something I can accept. I respect and enjoy the ebb and flow of my journey to myself.

Sometimes I make good decisions. Sometimes I make bad decisions. But I am always learning from every decision.

I’m a different person than I was yesterday.

First official vegan day. I had a salad for lunch and a soy latte, slipped up a little bit with the lo mein noodles. Now I’m off to do some p90x cardio. :-) Good times.

Okay. I just unfollowed a shitload of blogs. I’m in need of some fitblrs to follow now.

I have not been on, but that doesn’t mean I’ve been slacking off. I started the p90x 90-day challenge today. I’m doing the “Lean” version. Also, big news for me. I’m going vegan. Today I ate a salad containing lettuce, tomato, sliced carrots, and tofu. Even my salad dressing was vegan!

I’m so excited about this lifestyle change. :-D
